Terms & Conditions

u The tariffs are valid from 01 August 2004 to 31 July 2005. 
u The tariffs are not valid from 15 December 2004 to 15 January 2005 (no discounts are valid for this period).
u Rates quoted may change without notice due to fluctuation in hotel and transport tariffs. 
u Bookings for individuals, groups* and off-season time will get attractive discounts.
u Children below 10 years will be charged 25% of the package cost (shared accommodation).
u Earlier arrival, late departure or extending tour can arrange on extra payment.  
   (* Groups more than 4 person).
  
Booking Rules: 
n Booking should be made at least 15 days before the proposed date along with the payment of 50% of the package cost. 
n Balance amount should be paid before the package starts. 
n Payment should be in EURO basis. 
  
Cancellation Rules: 
n Cancellation before 15 days will be refundable (conditions apply). 
n 10 % of the package cost will be realized as cancellation charges when a booking is cancelled one week in advance. 
n 25 % of the package cost will be charged as cancellation charges if the cancellation is received before 72 Hrs in advance.

n 50 % of the package cost will be charged as cancellation charges if the cancellation is received before 48 Hrs in advance.  

n Cancellation within 48 Hrs – no refund.   
  
Package Includes: 
n Accommodation in all the hotels on twin sharing basis with breakfast. 
n All prevailing taxes like luxury tax in all hotels and expenditure tax wherever applicable.          

n  Chauffeur driven car for the whole package (exclude Economy package).
n Service of an English speaking escort. 
n Entrance fee to monuments, sanctuaries and all other specified activities. 
n Inter state road tax/permit, toll tax, driver’s allowance, parking fee etc.

n  22 Hrs. backwater cruise in Houseboat on full board. 
  
Package Excludes: 
n Food and beverages (unless otherwise specifically mentioned). 
n Any Airfare or Airport tax. 
n Insurance cover and all other unspecified activities. 
n Any kind of personal expenses such as camera fee, tips, laundry, telephone bills, portages etc. 

n Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like flight delay, road block, vehicle mal function, political disturbance etc.

  
Accommodation: 
Economy: Small Hotels or Guesthouses. 
Standard: Moderate Hotels. 
Luxury: 3 - 4 Star Hotels. 
Deluxe: 5 Star Hotels/Equivalent. 
  
Transportation: 
Economy: Local transports (Bus, Train, Cars, Auto Rickshaws etc.) 
Standard: Chauffeur driven Non A/C Car. 
Luxury: Chauffeur driven A/C Car. 
Deluxe: Chauffeur driven A/C luxury Car.
